What is a Fractional COO?
What’s your style as a consultant/coach?
A Fractional COO is a part-time Chief Operating Officer — someone who brings senior-level operational strategy and leadership to your business without the full-time salary or long-term commitment. You get the expertise, the accountability, and the strategic thinking exactly when you need it, at a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire.
Empathetic, strategic, and a little sassy. I roll up my sleeves, tell it like it is, and make sure your operations work for you — not the other way around. I'm not here to hand you a binder full of recommendations and disappear. I get inside your actual business and work with you until things actually change.
Who do you work with?
I work with small business owners, solopreneurs, and nonprofits at every stage — from pre-launch to scaling. My clients are coaches, consultants, creatives, and purpose-driven founders who are overwhelmed, stuck, and done carrying all of it alone. I actively welcome and celebrate minority-owned, women-owned, LGBTQIA+, and nomad-owned businesses.
How long does it take to see results?
It depends on where you're starting and what we're working on. Most clients feel immediate relief within the first few sessions — just having someone in their corner who understands the whole picture makes a difference fast. Deeper structural changes typically take a few months depending on your goals and how quickly things get implemented.
How is working with you different from hiring a full-time COO?
A full-time COO comes with a full-time salary, benefits, and a long-term commitment — often $150,000 or more per year. Working with me gives you the same level of strategic operational thinking on a flexible, one-on-one basis built entirely around what your business actually needs right meow. No overhead, no long-term obligation, no cookie-cutter approach.
Can you help with legal or compliance issues?
I'm not a lawyer and I cannot provide legal advice — and I'm always clear about that. What I can do is draw on my paralegal background across multiple areas of law including business, civil, probate, and family law to help you navigate compliance, structure, and operational best practices. I love research and paperwork, which means you don't have to.
What if my team is small, or just me?
That's exactly who I work with most. Solo founders and small teams often need operational support the most and have the least infrastructure to support it. I'll help you build systems, create clarity, and set up a foundation that lets you grow without burning out.
Both. I offer consulting and strategy for owners and founders, and I also provide training and workshops for teams. My approach is hands-on, practical, and designed so your team actually learns and applies what we cover together.
Can you train my team or only consult with me?

How much do your services cost?
Do you work with neurodivergent entrepreneurs?
Absolutely — and it's some of my favorite work. Many of my clients have ADHD or operate with a brain that works differently than the systems most business advice is built around. I don't hand you someone else's framework and tell you to make it fit. I build the structure around how you actually think and operate. If standard business advice has never quite stuck, that's not a you problem. That's a fit problem — and this is built for you.
