I'm Christina Joy.

I've spent 25+ years being the person who makes things work.

I've built operations from the ground up at a private company, at a nonprofit I founded in rural Tanzania, and across international development and legal environments where the stakes were high and the systems didn't exist yet. I've been the COO, the strategist, the one who walks into chaos and figures out what needs to happen first.

I also converted a city bus into a fully off-grid mobile home. Because I don't just think differently about how things should run. I live it.

Now I bring all of that into CJoy Consulting working one-on-one with small business owners who are great at what they do but can't quite get out of their own way. I bring the structure, the strategy, and the clarity to change that without cookie-cutter frameworks or corporate jargon.

I work one-on-one with small business owners who are brilliant at what they do and completely buried in everything else.
